Happy New Year 2023! Let's WISH upon a STAR and make a firework wand this New Years Eve Weekend with the kiddos. These are super easy to make, and they will LOVE creating their very own personalized wand.
WHAT YOU NEED:
• Colored Paper • Scissors • Pen or Pencil to trace your star
• Pipe Cleaners • Glue • Black Glitter Foam Sheet (optional)
• Glitter embellishments or glitter (optional)
• Medium-sized skewers or Popsicle sticks (wand)
First, gather all your supplies, and second, choose the color of your stars that you plan to make your EPIC firework out of.
Trace a star on the black glitter foam. Then trace a star on your fave color paper. I chose GREEN. Then we cut small pieces to form a multicolor star for Arianna's (AW)
Align your stars to the left a little so that it appears to look like a firework BOOM from the sky. You can make layers and layers as you see fit. You're the artist, and this is your year.
